The Coromon TCG is an upcoming official physical trading card game (TCG) based on the Coromon universe. It is being created in collaboration with the team behind Super Battle Mon and uses the Super Battle Mon TCG-Lite System: seven-card decks and fast, accessible battles.

The Coromon TCG is a separate tabletop interpretation of Coromon, not a port, update, DLC, or replacement for the video game.

It adapts Coromon, their Standard, Potent, and Perfect colourations, characters, Titans, and the world of Velua into a physical card game. It uses Super Battle Mon’s compact card-game rules rather than recreating the video game’s turn-based stamina Type and Skill system.

Although the Coromon video games use seven elemental types, the Coromon TCG uses Super Battle Mon’s four-type system. This keeps it compatible with other Super Battle Mon sets.

You do not need to own or play the video game to enjoy the card game.

The project is a collaboration between TRAGsoft, creators of Coromon, and Coffee Cat Board Games, the team behind Super Battle Mon.

Super Battle Mon is a TCG-Lite system built around seven-card decks. Players select and reveal cards simultaneously, resolve their effects, and try to finish the battle with the most Mon in play.

The same core system can support solo play, casual Pack Battles, and constructed best-of-three matches.

The Super Battle Mon System supports one to four players. An individual battle is designed to take around three minutes, although Pack Battles and best-of-three constructed matches take longer.

The current target age is 6+. Final age guidance will appear on the finished packaging.

No. The Coromon TCG is being designed as a standalone entry point. You will not need Rivals or any previous Super Battle Mon cards.

Coromon cards use the same core system and are designed to be mixed with cards from other Super Battle Mon sets if you choose. Any format-specific restrictions will be explained in the final rules.

Our current planned Kickstarter prices are:

• Booster Pack: $5

• Booster Box: $50 (Includes ten booster packs and one box topper)

• Titan Character Deck Bundle: $60 (Includes six Titan Character Decks)

• Rogue Planet Character Deck Bundle: $60 (Includes six Rogue Planet Character Decks)

• Two-Player Starter Pack: Price to be announced

All prices are in US dollars and remain subject to change before the Kickstarter. Shipping, taxes, VAT, and customs fees are not included in these prices and will be explained separately once fulfillment details are confirmed.

Each booster pack is planned to contain nine cards:

• Eight Standard Cards

• One Holo Card, with a 75% pull rate

• Or one Glimmer Card, with a 25% pull rate

One booster pack is intended to contain enough cards for one player to build a seven-card deck. Two players will each need their own pack or deck.

• Standard Cards feature a Coromon’s Standard coloration.

• Holo Cards feature its Potent coloration.

• Glimmer Cards feature its Perfect coloration with a holographic treatment.

These are intended as collectible versions rather than stronger gameplay tiers.

• The current plan is for 110 Coromon card designs from the original game to appear in booster packs.

• The complete collection will also contain variants, Character Cards, Character Deck exclusives, box toppers, and potentially promotional cards. We will publish a complete checklist once the final set is locked.

A booster box is planned to include:

• Ten booster packs

• One box topper selected from three possible designs

Final box-topper distribution details will be confirmed before launch.

• Character Decks are the Coromon version of Super Battle Mon’s existing Ranger format. Each deck represents a character or Titan from Velua and is planned to include:

• One Character Card, introducing an optional way to play

• One seven-card deck

• One four-card sideboard

• Character Decks provide a fixed, ready-to-play option for players who prefer not to rely on randomized packs.

• They are also planned to feature select Titans, Crimsonite Coromon, and Coromon from Coromon: Rogue Planet that will not appear in booster packs.

• Yes. We currently plan to offer complete sets of Standard Coromon cards as well as fixed Character Decks.

• The exact contents, and whether box toppers, Holo, Glimmer, promotional, or Character Deck cards are included, will be clearly listed before orders open.

• No digital unlocks, game codes, or cross-progression features have been announced. If that changes, we will announce it separately.

• We are currently targeting May 2027 for the Coromon TCG Kickstarter.

• This is the planned Kickstarter launch, not the delivery date.

Reward fulfillment is currently estimated for May 2028. This is an estimate and may change as manufacturing and international fulfillment plans are finalized.

Yes. We plan to share card reveals, product previews, development updates, and prerelease activities before the campaign.

International shipping is still being researched. Supported destinations, prices, VAT, customs fees, and regional restrictions will be announced once confirmed.

Please do not assume that shipping options from another Super Battle Mon campaign will automatically apply to Coromon.

Language support has not yet been finalized. We will announce supported languages before the Kickstarter.
